What does it cover?
The scholarship is generous, but it is important to understand that it is not a full living-expense scholarship in the sense that you can live comfortably without additional funds.
It generally includes:
100% tuition fee waiver
Monthly stipend
Bachelor's/Master's: 43,700 HUF/month
PhD: 140,000 HUF/month during the first phase and 180,000 HUF/month during the second phase
Accommodation support
A dormitory place if available, or
40,000 HUF/month housing contribution
Hungarian public health insurance plus supplementary medical insurance.
